Lost item saving, equipment

- Added a feature that respawns certain items into your inventory if you somehow lost them. just restart the game or go to a different level (e.g the dungeon)
- Added equipment slots
- Added the silver dragon ring. Equip it to gain health 50% faster.
- Added smooth turning
- Fixed a bug where Adipofear wouldn't chase or attack you.
